How to find your ring size, bracelet length and necklace length at home, with charts to match.
Measuring your ring size at home
- Wrap a thin strip of paper or string around the base of the finger.
- Mark where it overlaps, then lay it flat and measure the length in millimetres. That is your circumference.
- Find the closest circumference in the chart below.
Tips: measure at the end of the day when your hands are warm, since fingers are smallest in the morning and in the cold. Make sure it slides over your knuckle. For wide bands (6 mm or more), go up half a size.
Ring size chart
Canada and the US use the same ring sizes. If you're between two sizes, choose the larger.

Measurements are approximate. For a precise fit, we'll size you in person.
Bracelet length
Measure around your wrist bone with a soft tape measure or string, snugly but not tight. Then add:
- 0.5 in for a close fit, such as a tennis bracelet that stays in place.
- 0.75 to 1 in for a relaxed fit that moves a little.
Most wrists measure 6 to 7 in, so 7 in is the most common bracelet length.
Necklace length
- 16 in: sits at the base of the neck.
- 18 in: rests on the collarbone. The most popular length for pendants.
- 20 in: falls just below the collarbone.
- 22 in: sits at the top of the chest.
- 24 in and longer: falls to mid-chest, and works well over clothing.
For heavier chains like Cuban links, a length that sits on or just below the collarbone is the most comfortable.
