Shipping Policy

Every La Boy piece is made to order, so your delivery date depends on when your design is approved.

Production time
Most pieces are ready 3 to 5 weeks after you approve your final design. More complex pieces, or those with specially sourced stones, can take longer. We'll give you an estimated completion date before production begins and keep you updated along the way.

Delivery within Canada
All orders are shipped fully insured, with tracking and a signature required on delivery. Shipping within Canada is [complimentary / calculated at checkout]. Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days of shipping.

Pickup in the Greater Toronto Area
You're welcome to collect your piece in person by appointment instead. We'll contact you to arrange a time once it's ready.

International shipping
[We currently ship within Canada only. / We ship to the United States and selected countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the recipient's responsibility.

Tracking and delivery
You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Because every package requires a signature, please make sure someone will be available to receive it. If a delivery is missed, the carrier will leave instructions for redelivery or pickup.

Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been opened, please refuse it or contact us immediately at hello@laboyjewellers.com. Every shipment is insured, and we'll handle the claim with the carrier for you.

Delivery address
Please check your shipping address carefully. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout, and changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.
