After your request we confirm the details and price, then share a design for your approval before anything is made. Your completion date is confirmed with your quote.
Materials and care
Clean with warm water, mild soap and a soft brush, then dry with a lint-free cloth. Store pieces separately so they don't scratch, and remove them before swimming, cleaning or the gym.
Shipping and returns
Every piece is made for you, so all sales are final. Workmanship defects are covered, as set out in our policies.
